Review

Charles told me he would keep it quick since I new what I wanted already. All together I was there under 2 hours and I drove out in my WRX. The car is incredible and the parts dept. has been helping me hook it up with some really cool stuff like rims and a bigger turbo. I had some ideas what I wanted to do but the ladies in parts turned me in a totally different direction. The things I couldn't do myself there service guys told me just what had to be done. Thanks guys "and gals" lol

My Name is Sam and my fiance and I went into your dealership recently to look at the new Subaru Outback. We spoke with a sales man named Don. He was such the opposite of what I have dealt with in the past. I am used to the pushy type sales people that keep hounding you. Not the case at Bertera. Don was so friendly and was able to answer all my questions. We originally went there just to see the new model but Don explain the benefit of purchasing a new vehicle versus driving ours for another year. I felt like we were never made to just sit there. If Don left to get some papers there always seem like someone was there to just chat with us. We spoke with a manager (Dave) he was great. In all by the time we left I felt like I had a new group of friends. I have stopped in a few times since and they are always greeting us by name and willing to help us. There was none of that "well they already bought a car so we don't have to talk to them

My name is Lenny and I'm Connecticut resident. My wife and myself we are long time Subaru car drivers. One of our cars we bought in Springfield at Bertera Subaru in 2001. The last few years we did service on two our Subaru cars at Harte Subaru in Hartford. Yesterday and today we did the first service at Bertera Subaru in Hartford. We would like to say 'THANK YOU VERY MUCH' to all people who served us these two days!!!! The service was excellent from beginning to the end. GOOD JOB! The service manager Joe worked quickly and paper work process was a few minutes. Service was done at time with high quality. Both cars were cleaned and washed. Shuttle driver Sam did good work to bring me to work and back to the shop at time. He called me in advance and answered all questions. We are happy to see the first Bertera shop in Hartford and we hope to have the same excellent service at Bertera Subaru in the future

The service at Bertera Subaru was excellent and sales person, Charles, was very helpful to finalize my selection. Any questions I had were all answered to my satisfaction. When I picked up the car the staff was very helpful in explaining the car’s interior and exterior features. I believe the service representative was Steve who explained the car in detail. I had an excellent experience in buying my 2011 Outback. I will be returning for service and maintenance. Thank you for your assistance in purchasing this car.

I want to give some words of praise for Joe , who went out of his way to assist my husband and me August 14th, 2010, after our car had been stranded in New York State while heading from New York City toward Boston. Just outside of White Plains, NY, The trouble lights flashed, the air conditioning stopped working, then the car stopped working. By law the highway we were on could not be used by the AAA tow trucks, so a non-AAA truck took us off the highway into Ryebrooke, NY> Then since we have AAA towing for 100 miles, we asked to be taken to a Subaru dealer in Hartford, CT (within the 100 miles, but closer to home). We chose Bertera. I called ahead to tell the service manager, Joe, our situation. On the phone he was responsive, supportive, and assuring. After several hours of waiting and being towed, we reached Bertera about 5pm, to find that Joe had waited for us past the 3 pm closing time and was there to help us.
